Exhibit 3- USU STARS! GEAR UP
I was to create a motivational Display for the USU STARS GEAR UP program. I started out with this picture. Photo credit goes to my husband, Eric Scholer.
Camera Raw Adjustments:
I broke the image up, both horizontally and vertically by using Phi. The guide lines of Phi are right where the pier ends (horizontally) and the words are also (vertically).
I used the dark Aggie blue for the color of the text, one because it is the school's color, and two because it provided good contrast. I used Coppperplate Gothic Bold for the block text, and Scriptina for the other. I wanted WORLD and YOU to stand out, so I used different font. I also added the logo and grouped it with the text so they were in close proximity, and also so they were aligned the same. It is the same color as the font to create repetition.

- Pushed up the clarity
